Meet the Founder

Colleen Hilton is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has spent 20+ yrs working with Police Officers, Firefighters, Paramedics, 911 Dispatchers, and Corrections. She came into the work through her own family, as a military family member and a former law enforcement spouse.

She started AlliConnect after watching the same failure repeat across departments. The programs were not short on people who cared. They were short on systems.

Every workflow in AlliConnect started as a clinical decision, validated by FIrst Responder partners, before it becomes a product decision.
